BROADCAST  EPOXY  FLOORING

DESCRIPTION:

Bedrock  BROADCAST EPOXY FLOORING is a 100% solids (solvent & water free), three component, color through, epoxy flooring system primarily used for finishing concrete or plywood floors.  It provides a sealed, seamless, non-porous, easily maintained finished surface, ranging from approximately 70 - 125 - 250 mils thick.

SYSTEM COMPONENTS:

Bedrock  BROADCAST  EPOXY  FLOORING incorporates state of the art epoxy resins to chemically fuse aggregates into a multi-coat, high build flooring system (based on usage requirements.)  It consists of Cure & Seal Primer (optional for porous substrates), Bedrock Flexi-Coat waterproof  membrane (if required), Bedrock Binder for broadcast coats,  Rockote (topcoat) and CRU1 (optional topcoat for added chemical resistance and color stability.)

GRADES AVAILABLE:

Solid color (with pigmented epoxy) or multicolored quartz (with clear epoxy.)  Smooth, medium, or slip resistant finish textures available. Please note recommended thickness for multicolored quartz is 125 mils or thicker.

APPLICATION:

Follow instructions for preparation and mixing of component materials. Apply primer and allow to cure. Apply Bedrock Flexi-Coat, if waterproof membrane is required. Allow to cure. Apply Bedrock Binder neat. While still wet, fully broadcast aggregate to excess.  Allow to cure.  Sweep and vacuum excess aggregate. Apply Bedrock Binder neat (for high build systems repeat this step.) While still wet, fully broadcast aggregate again and allow to cure. Sweep and vacuum excess aggregate and apply Bedrock Rockote as a topcoat.  Allow to cure. Apply Bedrock CRU1, if required, and allow to cure.
