CEMENTITIOUS SELF LEVELING FLOORING

Bedrock Resin manufacturers two types of cementitious self leveling materials.  They are used for leveling,  or creating a flat surface over existing concrete.  Installed from a minimum thickness of 1/4 inch, to any required thickness, these gypsum free materials achieve high strength and are ready for foot traffic in 4 to 6 hours. (at 77 degrees f.)  Both materials may be poured or pumped. They can be top coated using any of Bedrock Resin sealers, coatings or finished flooring systems.

            SL 1- Cementitious Self Leveling Underlayment 

      Formulated to provide excellent flow and long working time for easy, trouble free installation.   Not recommended for freeze/thaw conditions or exterior applications. Not intended as a finished, wear surface. 

            Compressive Strength,  1  day    ASTM 109             2500 psi

              Compressive Strength,  7  days   ASTM 109             4000 psi

              Compressive Strength, 28 days   ASTM 109             5500 psi

SL 2- Cementitious Self Leveling Overlayment

  Smooth flowing, restorative wear surface.  Unlike SL 1, the overlayment does not require a finished sealer or flooring system over it.  SL 2 has good abrasion  resistance and strength.  A finish system may be installed over it, if desired.

                        Compressive Strength,  1  day    ASTM 109             2800 psi

                        Compressive Strength,  7  days   ASTM 109             4300 psi

                        Compressive Strength, 28 days   ASTM 109             6000 psi
